If you are making plans for large changes to the outdoor appearance of your home or property it is important to keep your neighbors in mind. The HOA has guidelines in place for many types of projects which you can review in the Covenants and Restrictions. Any exterior project that is not a repair or replacement of existing structures or small landscape changes will require a review process. You can use this page to inform us of your plans and request a review. Before submitting please have all the details of the plan agreed upon. It is preferable that your provide a drawing, images or contractors proposal sheet along with a written description. Your plan will be decided by our Architectural Committee who will take our guidelines, neighborhood character, site lines, and aesthetics into account. When the committee reaches a conclusion they will provide you with written approval. It is important that your do not start work until approval is granted. The HOA does have the right to require changes or removal of additions that do not meet our guidelines.
